Orders & production
How long does it take to receive my order?
All REF pieces are made to order with a 2 week production window. Once your order is ready, shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days within México and 7–14 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Why is everything made to order?
Making to order means we only produce what's needed, no waste, no excess. Unless we have the stock on hand in our physical store, every piece is handcrafted specifically for you in México from natural fibers. It's slow fashion the way it should be: intentional, considered, and worth the wait.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours. Please email us at ref.apparel@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! REF ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Sizing & fit
What does One Size Fits Most mean?
Most REF pieces are designed with adjustable ties, elasticated waists, and relaxed natural drape to flatter a range of body types. OSFM fits approximately US 2–10 / AU 6–14 / EU 34–42. Some swim styles also come in S, M and L. See our Size Guide for full details.
Can I order a custom size?
Absolutely. All REF pieces can be made to your exact measurements. Just get in touch before placing your order. Email ref.apparel@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @ref.apparel.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Because every piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at ref.apparel@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right.
Care & materials
How do I care for my REF pieces?
Linen: Cold wash, hang dry, iron while slightly damp.
Bamboo: Cold gentle wash, lay flat to dry.
Cotton gauze: Cold wash, hang dry. Softens beautifully with each wash.
Swim: Rinse in cold water after each wear, hang dry. Avoid machine washing.
Why natural fibers?
Linen, bamboo and cotton gauze are breathable, lightweight and kind to the planet. They're chosen for how they feel against your skin; soft, airy, effortless and for their lower environmental impact compared to synthetic fabrics. Healthier for you, your hormones and the planet.

Do you have a physical store?
